Lily Hatcher

Founder, Lead Consultant

BA in Education with Psychology
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (Train the Trainer)

I have over 10 years’ experience working across disability, health and education services with children, young people, families and professionals.

Inclusion Experience

My work is grounded in neuro-inclusive practice and informed by the lived experiences of Neurodivergent people. I began my career as a PA, Support Worker and Play Worker for Autistic children and young people, including those with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, before moving into educational support for Autistic students in schools.

I later worked within the NHS in Hackney, supporting Neurodivergent young people to achieve self-directed health, education and social goals. Following this, I spent two years as part of an advisory team for Barnet Council, where I trained schools and colleges to better support their Autistic students through approaches centred on listening to Autistic children, young people and adults.

Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) Experience

I am passionate about inclusive sexual health education and believe that everyone deserves access to empowering, accessible and affirming relationships and sex education.

I began my career in sexual health as an Education and Wellbeing Specialist for Brook, where I led an inclusive period poverty project in Bristol. Since then, I have worked across Tower Hamlets and South East London delivering inclusive RSE in both 1:1 settings and group workshops, as well as training professionals to better support the sexual health and wellbeing of the young people they work with.

As an independent consultant, I wrote a comprehensive menstrual health education curriculum for Mooncup, now available to schools across the UK.

My work brings together my commitment to disability justice, neuro-inclusion and accessible sexual health education. Too many children, young people and adults remain underserved by traditional RSE. I believe everybody deserves the opportunity to understand their body, build healthy relationships, and make informed choices with confidence and autonomy.
